Sales process is the process of selling a product or service to a customer. The process can be broken down into the following steps: 1. Prospecting The prospecting step is the process of finding potential customers. 2. Qualifying The qualifying step is the process of determining whether or not the customer is a good fit for the product or service. 3. Presenting The presenting step is the process of presenting the product or service to the customer. 4. Closing The closing step is the process of closing the sale.
