Approving a Free campaign reserves a monthly slot. Canceling it before activation releases that slot. Monthly allowances do not roll over, and there are no automatic overage charges.
The eligible Pro trial
Eligible Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial: $0 for 14 days, then $9.99 USD every 30 days. Shopify confirms trial eligibility, remaining trial days, taxes and when changes take effect. Previously used trial days can reduce the remaining trial. Cancel Pro or switch to Free in Shopify before the trial ends to avoid a Pro charge.
Open Plans in SaleSwitch for Shopify’s hosted plan selection. Its confirmation page is the source for your effective price, trial eligibility, remaining days and billing timing. Changing email preferences does not change your Shopify subscription.
Use AI as an editable starting point
AI is optional on Pro. Search or filter to the relevant displayed catalogue before requesting a draft. The form asks for consent to send your brief, up to 200 displayed product/variant identifiers, names, categories and tags, plus store currency and timezone to the AI service.
Product prices, customer data, credentials and raw storefront HTML are not part of that payload. Do not enter sensitive personal information in a brief. Review the editable product choices, percentage, dates and price preview yourself. AI cannot approve or execute a sale.
AI requests count when generation starts, including failed requests. Up to five requests can start per hour. Missing or ambiguous instructions may need your input; a failed request is not a scheduled campaign.
Change or cancel a plan
Use the Shopify plan selection linked from Plans. Review the effective date Shopify displays. Cancel Pro or switch to Free before the trial ends to avoid a Pro charge.
Existing approved sales remain eligible for processing and restoration after a downgrade. If plan verification fails, refresh it before creating another campaign; ending and restoring existing sales remains available.
