This policy explains how the Ecommlist website handles information. It covers this public website and its simulated demo. SaleSwitch's installed Shopify app has its own app privacy policy.
Browsing this website
You can browse without an account. Our website code does not set cookies or load analytics or advertising trackers. Netlify hosts this website and may process standard access logs, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the website.
The interactive demo
The demo uses fictional products. Product selections, percentage changes, and simulated results stay in your browser for the current page session. They are not sent to us, stored in your browser's persistent storage, or connected to Shopify.
The walkthrough video
When you play the video, your browser requests the video and captions from this website. Standard hosting access logs may be processed for those requests. The player uses native browser controls and does not load a third-party video platform.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to reply and resolve your request. Email is handled by our email provider. Please avoid sending passwords, keys, payment information, or customer data. We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle support and legitimate business obligations.
Your questions and requests
You may contact us to ask about information you have shared or request its deletion, subject to any information we need to retain for legal obligations.
Changes
We will update this page if our website practices change and show the revision date above.
