Your sale decisions
You are responsible for choosing products, discounts, dates and appropriate reference prices. Review every price before scheduling and check application and restoration results. SaleSwitch changes selected base catalogue prices in your store’s currency; this can affect other sales channels and prices derived from base prices. Fixed market prices, B2B prices and supplier-controlled pricing are outside this release.
Scheduling and restoration
Scheduling is processed in recurring worker runs and depends on service and Shopify API availability. It is not an exact-second guarantee. The app checks prices before changes and flags detected later edits or uncertain outcomes for review. Shopify does not provide an atomic conditional price update, so another app or merchant can still change a price between the check and write. SaleSwitch does not guarantee conversion, profit or protection from every concurrent edit.
Before uninstalling, end active sales and check every restoration result. Shopify removes app access on uninstall. SaleSwitch cannot restore remaining prices after that access is removed.
Ending and restoring existing sales remains available when your plan changes or subscription verification fails.
AI drafts
AI is optional on Pro. Drafts may be inaccurate and must be reviewed. Missing or ambiguous instructions may require you to supply dates, percentages or product choices. AI never approves a sale. The app privacy policy explains the payload sent to the AI service.
Countdowns and collections
Countdowns require an Online Store theme that supports app blocks or app embeds. Add the countdown to the theme and save it before expecting shoppers to see it. Its timer follows the approved campaign end time; it is not a guarantee that every price changes at that exact second.
Sale collections are created and published only for successfully applied selections. Shopify collection cards represent products, so a product page may include other variants at regular prices. When the campaign ends we remove our own selections and keep the collection. You manage its navigation links and any selections you add. Collection features are unavailable on Shopify plans that do not support collections.
Plans and billing
Free includes two scheduled sales per UTC calendar month and up to 50 selected variants per sale. Approval reserves a slot; canceling before activation releases it. Pro includes unlimited scheduled sales, up to 200 selected variants per sale and 20 AI draft requests per UTC calendar month. AI requests count when generation starts, including failed requests; up to five may start per hour. Monthly allowances do not roll over. No automatic overage charges are offered.
Eligible Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial: $0 for 14 days, then $9.99 USD every 30 days. Shopify confirms trial eligibility, remaining trial days, taxes and when changes take effect. Previously used trial days can reduce the remaining trial. Cancel Pro or switch to Free in Shopify before the trial ends to avoid a Pro charge.
Shopify handles subscriptions and plan changes. Review its confirmation page for the effective price, applicable taxes and when changes take effect. Existing approved sales remain eligible for processing and restoration after a downgrade.
Optional email and feedback
Email categories require your choices and a confirmed address. Email supplements the app’s results; it does not guarantee delivery or replace checking the campaign status. You can turn categories off or unsubscribe. Email preferences do not change your Shopify subscription.
Feedback is optional, may be positive or negative and does not affect your plan, features or support. The privacy policy explains notification data processing.
