Confirm the delivery settings
Open Arrival Studio in Shopify. Refresh store information and confirm preparation times, transit times, working calendars, timezone, destinations, origin and shipping-method assumptions.
Dates are estimates based on merchant-approved settings and available context. They do not represent live carrier tracking, a checkout delivery guarantee or your actual fulfillment capacity. Checkout rates alone do not establish transit times.
Simulate, save and publish
Choose your widget design and check the simulator. Save a draft, then review and explicitly publish it. Saving a draft does not change the storefront. Optional AI suggestions must be reviewed and applied to a draft; publication remains a separate action.
Historical publications are immutable. Restoring a previous version creates a new publication. If another window saved a newer revision, a stale-edit message means you should reload before continuing.
Add the storefront placement
Open Shopify’s theme editor. Add the Arrival Studio delivery app block to a compatible product section, or the cart delivery app block to a compatible cart section. You can also enable the floating delivery product-page embed.
Save the theme, check saved placement in the app, then inspect the actual storefront estimate. Publish the intended theme separately if you are editing a draft theme. Publishing an app configuration alone does not add a widget to the theme.
If no date is showing
Check that a widget is published, its destination and product targeting match, the app block is enabled and its plan allowance is active. Missing availability dates for preorders, unknown shipping context, conflicting rules or unavailable configuration can cause the widget to hide rather than display an invented date. Selling-plan schedules require an explicitly confirmed availability override.
Optional AI and your choices
Assistance requires sharing consent, a supported plan and remaining quota. Inspect proposals before applying them to a draft. Manual configuration and deterministic date calculation remain available when AI is disabled or unavailable. Read the Arrival Studio privacy policy for the optional payload, provider processing and retention.
Compatibility and assumptions
Storefront placement uses Shopify theme app extensions. App blocks require a compatible Online Store 2.0 section. Estimates use the confirmed origin’s civil calendar; they are not a recipient-local delivery timestamp.
If your shipping model or theme cannot supply the necessary context, use supported placement and explicit assumptions, or leave the estimate hidden. Confirm that the visible promise matches your shipping policy and actual operations.
Stop displaying an estimate
You may stop using the service by unpublishing widgets or uninstalling the app. Manage subscription changes through Shopify’s hosted billing interface. Data retention and deletion are described in the app privacy policy.
